Currently Victoria Rubadiri is working at CNN where she Joined CNN International on 30 April 2024 as a correspondent for Connecting Africa. She is based in Nairobi and reports from across Africa about Businesses that are Emerging and expanding in Africa. Prior to joining CNN, Rubadiri was working at a Kenyan prominent TV Station named Citizen TV as a senior anchor and reporter where she had joined in May 2018.
Her career in journalism began in 2007 when she was still a student as she interned at WMGM- NBC 40 TV where she served as an assignment desk editor for 5 months. From there she served as a personal assistant to CEO at Angela Crockett Enterprises in Brooklyn, New York for 7 months.
Following her graduation, she relocated to Kenya and landed a presenter job at a Kenyan Radio named Capital FM. After serving for nine months, she was offered an anchor and reporter job at Nation Media Group and there she spent 5 years 6 months before leaving for Citizen TV.
