Lara Spencer is a renowned American Journalist best known as the current co-anchor Good Morning America at ABC News. She is a correspondent for Nightline an ABC News program and also for the station. Additionally, she is also the host of Flea Market Flip show on HGTV and the Great American Channel.

They welcomed two children together namely Katherine Paige and Duff but unfortunately divorced on 2015.Later on 2018 she married Richard McVey the chairman of MarketAxess in an outdoor ceremony in Vail Colorado.

After graduating she joined NBC page program to volunteer as a reporter so that she can gain experience. Her first job was at WDEF TV a CBS affiliate where she served as a reporter, producer, editor, photographer and also the news van driver and after one year she moved to News 12 Long Island.

She worked at WABC-TV as the anchor of 3pm newscast and 1999 is when she joined ABC News as a national correspondent of Good Morning America. From 2004-2011 she host of The Insider an entertainment magazine and at the same time contributed to CBS’s The Early Show.

She is an author and the first book she published in 2012 is I Brake for Yard Sales and the second one is Flea Market Fabulous.
