In 1995, she move KGO-TV an ABC affiliate in San Francisco, and served as a reporter and upon spending one year there she moved back to another ABC’s affiliate NewsOne. There, she was positioned as Washington, DC correspondent. In 1998, Chang Moved back to ABC News reporting for World News Tonight. From that position she was promoted to anchor, World News Now and World News This Morning in 1999. In 2009 she began contributing to Nightline and Good Morning America and in 2011 she Left GMA to concentrate on Nightline as an anchor. on march 2014 she was took full responsibility on Nightline replacing Cynthia Mcfadden.
