Later he joined WNBC TV in New York where he served as a co-anchor for 7 years. He co-anchored programs such as Today in New York which was early morning news, he hosted stories for the station’s news magazine, and He worked as a substitute for NBC’s News Today. In September 2004, he left for WCBS TV in New York to serve as an anchor for 6Pm Newscast and CBS2 News at 6 alongside Dana Tyler. Later he co-anchored CBS 2 News This Morning and CBS 2 News at Noon alongside Cindy Hsu and Mary Calvi. In 2011 he became the co-anchor of CBS 2 News at 5 and CBS 2 News at 11 and also an occasional substitute for CBS evening News.
